Question 1: Are the events free?

Yes. Our Medicare educational events and workshops are completely free to attend.

Question 2: Do I need to register?

Registration is recommended so we can reserve seating and send you any important event updates or reminders.

Question 3: Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely. Guests are welcome to attend with you but please register them so we can make sure we have enough seats.

Question 4: Are these sales presentations?

Our events are designed to educate and help you better understand Medicare and your coverage options. You are welcome to ask questions and gather information in a comfortable, no-pressure environment.

Question 5: What should I bring?

Nothing! There’s no need to bring any documents or paperwork to our Medicare events. Just bring your questions - we’ll provide the information you need and help you understand your options.

Question 6: Are virtual options available?

Almost all of our events are held in person, giving you the opportunity to connect and learn face-to-face. On a rare occasion, select workshops could be offered virtually through online webinars, but it will specify if the event is online.
